Here are ideas for a soothing sage green and blue nursery for your baby. This is our new grandson, Leo’s room that can also convert into guest room when necessary with a daybed. And this decor can grow with him!
Blue And White Window Treatments

Blackout White Natural Grass Roman Shades
We started with white natural grass Roman shades from Blinds.com with a blackout liner (cordless).
Blue And White Curtains
And then we added the fun striped blue and white curtains from Ballard Designs. They are on sale right now. But were full priced when I bought them.
Daybed That Converts To A King-sized Bed
Our daughter likes the daybed in our home office and wanted to order it for Leo’s nursery. It could also be used as a guest room in a pinch. We ordered it in Chambray Performance Heather.

Decorative Pillows
The blue and white custom pillows were mine from the One Room Challenge Blue And White Bedroom. The green linen pillows are from Etsy as is the customized name pillow (a gift from me 🙂
White Bassinet
Our daughter found the Pottery Barn bassinet on Facebook Marketplace! And it looks like new.
Muted Sage Green And Blue Wool Rug
We saw this wool rug at Home Goods and I wanted to buy it for Leo as I thought it would tie everything together for a reasonable price.

Leo’s great aunt knitted the green throw blanket.
Leo will probably get his older sister’s crib if the timing works out but he’s just 15 days old right now and sleeping in his parent’s room.
Vintage Shelving With Personalized Mementos
The shelves were a perfect family hand-me-down to add some character.

The room turned out so well. The colors are peaceful and relaxing. The rug was a perfect find.
Darling room – so nice it can be used as a guest room too! A labor of love for you! Congratulations to you all on their sweet little boy.
Thanks, Barbara, I’m back in Florida and missing that little guy.
This is so beautiful. I am sure Leo will enjoy his room. I bet Louisa will enjoy it too. So sweet a brother and a sister.
