Hello! Welcome if you are coming over from Sincerely, Marie Designs. This is day three of the Holiday Home Tour and I’m showing our Christmas Living Room.
The tour is organized by Jenny from Evolution of Style and 11 Magnolia Lane (thanks, Ladies for including CCH). Participants feature different areas of their home each day this week. Be sure to visit 11 Magnolia Lane as the next living room m on the tour.
Our Christmas Living Room in San Francisco
We live in a 100-year-old high-rise apartment in San Francisco. We have nice views of the bay and sparkling lights at night. There is lots of light coming in, too.
Adding A Touch of Red
I put red roses and green hydrangeas on the coffee table…
And brought out a red cashmere throw. Throw blankets, pillows, and flowers are easy changes to a room.
Mantel With Natural Elements
Our mantel is decorated naturally with pinecones and pine branches in vintage French crocks from Elsie Green.
In fact, tomorrow Cindy, Annie, and I will be showing you the rest of our homes with other friends for “Christmas Décor Inspired by Nature.” Be sure to come back!
The faux lit branch tree is a few years old (similar) and shows up in different places each Christmas. I’m also using battery-operated candles on a timer.
You can Shop Our Home and living room here.
That is a view of Alcatraz Island out of our window.
Silver, Mercury Glass, and Jeweled Christmas Trees
Here is my collection of little trees. My favorite one to pull out every year is the one I made with vintage jewelry and…
charms that have special meaning to me. My husband worked for Disney Resorts in Orlando, Paris, and Anaheim for 13 years…a bit of moving was involved 🙂
Here is our mantel last night…
Thanks for visiting my Christmas Living Room!
The tour continues with 11 Magnolia Lane. See what Amy and Christy have in store for us!

So nice to tour with a fellow apartment-dweller! I thought my view was amazing but yours wins, hands down, and I’m positive that the weather in San Francisco beats Stuttgart’s! Your living room is simply stunning and I loved every photo. So glad you could join us for the tour! XO, Christy
