It’s true I love designer pillows…I’m discerning and will spend more on them than on shoes! Today, I’m sharing well-priced beautiful linen pillows! I gave my living room a refresh for Summer by adding these linen pillow covers and storing the velvet and heavier pillows that were here before. And Spring blooms help, too.
Pillows By Krinto
I discovered Krinto on Etsy and have been really happy with the quality. Their floral hand-blocked linen fabrics are designed here in California and produced in India. The pillow covers are handmade in California with invisible zippers.

CB2 and Pottery Barn Linen Pillows
The fresh, striped blue and yellow linen pillows are from CB2 and I always check Pottery Barn for solid and textured pillows. Note: with my Indian blocked pillows in rust and blue, I ordered with the same fabric on both sides. Be sure to use good, overstuffed inserts.

CB2 Blue and Yellow Stripe • Blue Linen Pillow from Pottery Barn (mine is 20″ square and right now they just have 24″. Here is another dark blue 20″ option) • Textured Rust Pillow • Blue Floral • Tan Cotton Throw Blanket • Blue Stripe Cotton Throw Blanket • Rust Floral Pillow
Other Living Room Sources
That fern is from Target! Have you checked their plant section at the front of the store? The inlay box was purchased at an antique store in Summerland, CA. recently.
Glass Lamp • Similar Coffee Table • Bottom Silver Tray • White Vase from Target • Rug • Rope X Benches • Similar Sofa (Mine are custom)
Pink Dogwood Branches
Do you follow me on Instagram? I asked the name of this flower…everyone knew (especially southern readers)…pink dogwood. My client, Wendy has a tree here in northern California so I think they grow all over. If you have one…lucky you (I paid $28 for mine)! These branches have lasted over two weeks in water.
Those are my new well-priced, beautiful linen pillows! The weather here is gorgeous and I’m all set to take Chief out for a walk. So nice not to have to wear a mask outside while climbing the hills now!
So pretty! Love the new pillows. Exactly the same color combination that I have for my new digs! Sure hope they look as pretty as yours!
Love the pillow source! Thanks for the inspiration.
You are welcome, Denise.
Hi Mary Ann,
I’m always interested in a good source for pillows. They are so easy to change out each season and it’s always fun to change things up.
Thank you for the information.
xo,
Karen
Looking at the pillow refresh, I have a question. When and where did the trend begin to smush down the pillow at the top? Is that just to give a well-used, less formal feel? I’ve only seen that done in the last few years.
I see a winner for my living room I think…….thanks for the sources.
It’s to plump them up, Wren.
Hi Mary Ann, how exciting, a wedding, enjoy planning it. Wow, your pillows are perfect, I will check those out. Etsy overwhelms me at times so thanks for that. Got my first Moderna shot today, nothing except a slight sore arm and I mean slight, kind of sluggish but that’s it. Those dogwoods are so lovely, we don’t seem to have as many in NC like we use to, I plan on planting a few this year. Thanks
Like what Nan said! Recommendation for non-down inserts? I’m allergic to the down dander! So not fun. Will check out the Etsy. There is absolutely no doubt where your color palette inspiration comes from…it’s just right out the window! I am sorry about your “rough patch” evey thing that is difficult has been made more difficult because of Covid. How lovely you have a wedding to help plan. The circle of life continues. Love in the Age of Covid is a miracle and a joy. I meant to mention on the post where Dolly went shoe chomping…a girl knows what a girl needs!
I Like Interior Linens…if you order from them, just order the same size as the cover, not larger as they are overfilled. They also have down alternative. I haven’t used them yet.
Yes, if their love can blossom during Covid it’s a good sign.
Thank you Mary Ann your room is just beautiful and I love using Etsy. Have a lovely hike!
What inserts would we use?

I can sew and have made some beautiful pillows. But, by the time you buy everything, especially heavy down inserts, you may as well buy them from an Etsy seller. I LOVE pillows!
Krinto is a good value.
Thank you for sharing the Etsy Krinto source for accent pillows. Their selection is gorgeous! This one is a keeper.
I know! Beautiful work.
