10 Ultimate Additions to Your Over 50 Spring Wardrobe…
1. Bembien Lucie Woven Leather Tote
This is a beautiful bag that will always be in style. At $295 it is more of an investment but versatile in any capsule wardrobe.
(If anyone in my family is reading this…this would be a GREAT mother’s day present that you could all go in on).

2. Classic Style Flat Jack Rogers Sandals
Wouldn’t these be cute with a nice pedicure? Love their silhouette.

3. Smart (Apple) Watch Band
I have this in the brown tortoiseshell and might spring for this for my warmer-weather wardrobe.

4. Tennis Style Sneakers A Fashion Staple
These en vogue French sneakers would look great with a midi dress, white jeans, my new chinos…so many outfits.

5. White Cotton Maxi Dress
I have this dress in black without the pretty cutouts which make it even prettier. Very comfortable and flattering with the elasticized waist. My sister bought it.

6. Emerson Fry Classic Caftan
This is so lightweight…definitely a wish list item for the hot summer. Makes a pretty bathing suit cover-up and covers your knees.

7. Amoressa Bathing Suit
I have a bathing suit from this brand…love the structure and this has that flattering ruched detail.

7. Chic Navy Dress
Nice for a wedding, garden cocktail party, or dinner in Paris! It’s not cheap but has been marked down. It would be long on me (perhaps a maxi since I’m only 5’1″ but that might be ok).

9. Fun Light Earrings To Complete Your Spring Outfit
These beaded raffia earrings are a good accessory to go with everything. When traveling, I like to bring less expensive jewelry (these are 40% off right now).

10. Affordable Textured Crossbody Bag
I saw this cute handbag on Target’s website. It’s $24 and in keeping with the fashion trends at a good price.

I can’t wait to see what my friends have curated for outfit ideas!

Mary Ann,
Great spring/summer ideas. Thank you. I love the watchband and have it on my list. I’m ready for some light clothing after the soggy winter we experienced.

So many fun pieces Mary Ann! I love that blue dress! Sadly I have no where to wear it! And the white dress is gorgeous too, I think I might need that. Love the sandals! Off to check out the other wish lists! Have a wonderful weekend.
I’m not getting linked to the chic navy dress but rather the caftan. What store is it from?
Thanks
oh thanks. I will fix the link.
I just checked, Elizabeth, and the link works for me.
I love all of your choices, Mary Ann. You’ve reminded me to resume my hunt for a white summer dress. I’ve been looking but haven’t found one that checks all of my boxes. This was fun to join you and the other ladies for this post, so thanks for asking me. xoxox, Brenda
Hi Mary Ann
Love every one of your pics, but i couldn’t wear a single one of them…ha ha…long waist, fat feet…I am on the hunt for a pair of sandals in that color as well. I just love that Anthro dress & the Bembien bag. You need to buy them! Perfect for Florida weather and they would look darling on you!
Well, my sister bought the Anthro dress and says I can borrow hers… and I have the black and also the blue flowered one that she can borrow!
Mary Ann! I love how you covered all the bases here! Right down to the accessories….I need an updated Apple watch band apap! Love those dresses! And I wore my Vejas all over France last summer, they had mixed reviews, but I found them to be so comfortable.
Yes…I am sure you influenced me Annie, with the Vejas!!! Love your post.
