Walking In L.A., Project Updates and Other News

No one walks in Los Angeles…except me… all over the Melrose Avenue design district a couple of days ago.  I have a post in the works about the gorgeous, brand new fabrics I saw but first, a public service announcement….

I covered a lot of ground in these Gap espadrilles on sale.  Real leather.  I got mine for around $25 in the store.  I saw a lady on Melrose in the Chanel version similar to these  Saint Laurent espadrilles.

Anway, for a fraction of the cost…I think I should get another pair in cognac.

Here is a new kitchen nook being built in No. Cal.  It  will be finished this week using…
these fabrics from Perennials.
If you are looking for a movie recommendation, we saw “Their Finest” last week in one of those theaters with the deluxe, first class, reclining type seats (which ruins you for sitting in regular people seats).


Has anyone seen “Paris Can Wait?”  What did you think?…I might go this weekend.

Howard is away, so last night I binge watched four episodes of “Big Little Lies” on HBO.  I should be able to finish the season this weekend!

Maybe I should get an extra pair in black, too?
