Turquoise and Beach Themed Shower June 3, 2012 By Mary Ann Pickett 56 Comments I’m thinking of changing the name of my blog from “Classic Casual Home” to “Classic Debbie’s Home.” (Since I talk about her all the time 🙂 This morning, Debbie and her daughter, Julie were preparing for a bridal shower and I stopped by to drop off the extra hydrangeas that they needed. Julie and her boyfriend, Mark were hard at work preparing the ingredients for Fresh Grapefruit Mojitos. The recipe is from the blog Iowa Girl Eats. I asked if they needed any help and… I proceeded to finish wrapping the personalized stationary that Julie and Debbie made as party favors. And I addressed the place cards… I was with Debbie when she bought these turquoise goblets at Home Goods. The turquoise table cloth is made from Raoul fabric. Two tables were set in the dining room. Debbie recently restyled and edited her book cases for the Cottage Style photo shoot. This was a nice touch on the window sill in the powder room. The extra hydrangeas that I brought over were added below. Didn’t Debbie do a great job on the décor? She even made the sweet napkin rings by simply threading raffia through the holes in sand dollars. Happy weekend everyone!
