Newport Bay Front Home II

Last week, I showed you 
 Now, let’s peak into some of the other refurbished rooms, 
like this pretty first floor bathroom.
Here is the bathroom before…very cramped.
The sconce is from Shades of Light.
Here is the downstairs den before.
Here it is after with beadboard and grass cloth wallpaper.

Let’s go upstairs…
 This is a before photo of the master bedroom.  
They removed the fireplace and window
 to place the bed on this wall…
which affords them this view from the bed.
 The oval window is reused in the closet so 
there is a view of the water from inside the closet.

Here is a before picture of the master bathroom.
and here it is after…

Notice the beveled marble threshold?  Pretty transition.
The former staircase and..
 the new, more updated one.

  1. Just like the first tour of this house, I love every detail in these rooms as well! The den with the grasscloth and beadboard is gorgeous….and those bathrooms have me thinking our next big project should be our master bath!! Thank you for sharing, Mary Ann!

  10. Cindy's home is just so gorgeous and I'm so delighted we got to see more of it. Love the dark timbers and black contrasting with the crisp white. It's so elegant. Great inspiration.

    Wow! That bathroom is jaw dropping! I've always loved that floor tile pattern and the shower/bath combo with the marble is just gorgeous.

    Someday I would like dark wood floors, the wood floors in my home look like the "before" pics. :/
