There is a page on classic•casual•home called “Our Home Tour.”
After adding some more new photos, I thought I would show you in a post.
Welcome to our place in San Francisco!
We live in a 1920’s highrise with a Beaux Arts “vintage feel” that influences my decorating.
Most of the rooms have a view of the Bay.
I love to change up the mantel and coffee table with things I already have.
That little painting was done by my cousin.
It’s of our apartment in Paris when we lived there 15 years ago.
Our San Francisco apartment has the same sort of vibe.
Here is the foyer before.
Before the 1980’s kitchen cabinets were pickled pink.
Here are the cabinets painted
Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter.
My compact office…
The guest room…
Before living in San Francisco, we lived in Newport Beach, California.
It was a 1950’s cottage that we remodeled. We have renters living there now.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I was there recently getting it spiffed up for new tenants.
Notice how I used the furniture from here in San Francisco…
Above is the kitchen before…
Our daughter’s bedroom and bathroom.
And now back to our home in the City.
It’s Day Three of our high fiber/low carb/no sugar including no wine 🙁 “cleanse.”
So far, so good…but it’s the weekend that I am worried about.
Take a look at Thirty Two Things to Do For Yourself (from last year–it still applies).
Thanks for joining me here. By the way, have you thought of subscribing to CCH by email?
Just put your address in the box under my photo on the top right. Thanks!
Let’s make it a great 2018!
