*Frozen from Trader Joe’s, defrosted the night before and baked in the morning

We had a great time in Breckenridge and celebrated Christmas last week with all the family. I must say though it's too quite with just hubby and me here this year, first time in 26 years without at least one of our sons' home. I have to say I don't like it one bit.
