Blue and Green Dining Room Ready For Spring

Is it starting to feel like Spring where you are? It is in San Francisco! So I decided to add some sky blue and grass green accents in the dining room. Spring is popping up in Cindy and Annie’s dining rooms too… follow the links at the end of the post.

Blue and Green Dining Room Accents

Here is what I did…

Layering The Table with A Runner and Chargers

I set the table with a blue runner and round woven placemats.

Flowers, Candles

White Plates and Blue Bowls

I bought the blue and white Chinese bowls from Pearl River Mart when our daughter, Alexandra was studying in New York.

 Cloth Napkins and Colorful Glasses

Here is a little slide show…

Changing The Slipcovers To Green

It was time to wash the sand linen slipcovers on these black chairs in the bay window…and I remembered that I had these other Spring green linen covers stored away. It feels like we have new chairs!

The fabric is by Raoul Textiles. The vintage rug is a from Turkey on Etsy.

And that’s our Blue and Green Dining Room ready for Spring.

The colors are so fresh and mixed with the bowls from Pearl River, the candles, the mix of glassware, it’s all so fresh and looks so beautiful with your ever changing gallery wall! I love how some of the colors in the art really pops mixed with the items on your table! The blues and the greens…it makes you see it in a new perspective every time I see it! And I didn’t even know those chairs were slipcovered! That view never gets old! You have the best style Mary Ann in any season!
