Remember me telling you about the WS Home Fitzgerald Dining Bench for $430 (less than half price on sale)?
Well, I measured for it, first. And it is a few inches longer than the table without the leaves in…which seemed alright as
I wanted to add pillows on either end.
It’s covered in a slubby white linen, so I’ve put a few coats of Scotch Guard on it and will add more.
With the suzani patterned throw (from Ebay) and perhaps it being summer, it felt like it was time to simplify the gallery wall. Believe it or not…I took six or seven things off the wall. Our daughter, Alie was here and she was the lucky recipient of my vintage leftovers.
I also filled the base of the fig leaf palm with ferns (copied from my recent SF Decorator’s Showcase tour).
It’s nice having coffee in the morning (while writing a blog post) sitting on the bench…looking out at the bay.
You know how that goes (changing one thing)…I switched around the pillows and accessories in the living room. The sun light floods in here in the afternoon.
It was fun having Alie and her friend, Danielle here for the weekend. Nice to be a tourist in our own town.
Which is all on my Instagram. 🙂
Thanks for visiting!
