Easy Fresh Herbed Grilled Halibut With Lemon Garlic
This tangy and delicious recipe is based on Pamela Salzman's Salmoriglio Sauce Recipe. A Southern Italian sauce that's versatile.

Ingredients
1largeclove garlic minced
2tbspfresh lemon juice plus wedges for serving
2tspdried oregano
1large pinch of crushed red pepper
1/4cupextra virgin olive oil plus more for grill
sea salt and ground pepper
3tbspchopped fresh herbs like parsley, basil and thyme
4thick fish fillets like halibut
Instructions
Stir together garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl or a glass jar. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes and up to 2 hours. Just before serving, add fresh herbs, stir to combine. Gradually add oil, stirring to combine; season with salt and pepper.
Lightly brush grill with oil or cooking spray. Heat grill to medium high. Rub oil on fillets. Grill until char marks appear, then turn and cook 2 to 4 minutes more. Transfer to a serving dish, top with herb sauce, and serve with lemon wedges.
