Howard's Lamb Chop Lemon Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 small container of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • juice of two lemons
  • 1 tbsp crushed Calabrian chilies
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dried oregono
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together all the ingredients and pour over 6 to 8 1" thick lamb chops and place in plastic bag.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remove chops from marinade Scrape off excess marinate and grill.
