Put the sweetened condensed milk, half and half, lime juice, lime zest and salt in a bowl ans whisk until thoroughly combined.
If using conventional molds divide the mixture evenly, put on the lids and freeze for 5 hours. Or fill small ramekins and freeze for 5 hours.
Spread the graham crackers pieces on a plate. Unmold the ice pops and press and coat each side into the crackers.
