Alioto Lazio Fish Co. Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix dry mustard with water thoroughly. In a separate bowl blend mayonnaise and oil. Add mayonnaise to the mustard. Stir in dill, salt, and pepper. Chill.

  2. Howard served the mustard sauce in small individual ramekins on each plate.
