This is a follow up to the previous post to answer some of your
questions and provide a few more photographs of Donna’s lovely home.
Starting with the kitchen, the surrounding counter tops are Lauretian green granite (actually a very dark black with a hint of green). Donna cannot remember the type of stone on the island…
just that she saw the slab and and loved it.

She designed this so that you can see the front of the house from the prep sink.
This appliance garage contains the coffee maker. Great use of space.
In the living and dining rooms, the wall color is Benjamin Moore Elephant Tusk
in egg shell and the trim is painted
Dunn Edwards Whisper White in Semi Gloss.

The coffee table is made from an antique French iron window gate.
Donna removed the armoire doors here for display and easier
access (she is storing the doors in case she wants to put them back).
Also, the bedrooms in the previous post are painted
First girl’s bedroom: Dunn Edwards Trinket
Second girl’s bedroom: Dunn Edwards Elm
Boy’s bedroom: Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter
The color of the front door is Sherwin Williams Iron Ore
and the planters were purchased at Rogers Gardens in Newport Beach.
Thanks again, Donna, for the tour!
May I ask where that front door is from?
Awesome! Immense information there.

What a beautiful home! It's so warm and inviting, just the way I like it. Such a great idea to remove the doors from the armoire.
Donna's home is beautiful! I am a sucker for all white rooms with wood details. Her coffee table is to die for. I could move in to this home. Tell Donna, she did a fabulous job!
Lovely house. I love the front door.
Tres chic! Never took French classes, but hope the spelling is appropriate! Love the window grate, turned coffee table and the armoir with the doors off! The baskets inside have that "frenchy" look as well. Ooo la la! Love it!
Even more stunning the second time around! Thanks for sharing Donna's home with us.
I hope you have a chance to stop by my blog and catch up on my latest posts.

I loved the post below. It was very inspiring to see that I have a very similar couch and the exact same chairs in the kitchen. It gaves me some ideas!
Thank you so much Mary Ann! That is sooo funny because my husband had just suggested we look @ Rogers Gardens for planters because it's about the only place we haven't checked out. Guess we will be taking a trip up the coast in the near future.
Thanks also for posting the additional photos. Her home is gorgeous…just like yours!

Mary Ann and Donna,
How nice of you to provide details (that are always asked of designers) for others to assist in their hunting and gathering processes for their homes.
Usually around this time of year it's like a fever to get ready for holiday guests and enhance our homes a bit.
Thanks!
Bette
