We stopped for a nice glass of wine at Farmers Union Pour House in downtown Salinas. It’s owned by Cindy’s son and daughter-in-law. Cindy designed it and it has her cool vintage/industrial stamp on it. Stop in when you are in the area!
This place is so jammed packed with new and vintage finds…you really need to walk through all the rooms twice…or three times!
We stopped in at an antique store on Center Street in Aptos, CA. I’m still thinking about this ironstone soup tureen. It would make a great dining room table centerpiece. Again…with that “not massed produced”, but vintage feel.
These pages from an old font book would be charming in a baby or toddler’s room. I wish we had had more time to explore Aptos…but now I know that this area is a good meeting place between Salinas and San Francisco. So, Cindy and I can meet here again!
Thanks, Cindy and Steve for a fun time!
